Shipping:

Customers in the United States (Lower 48 states) receive free home delivery on all electric bike purchases. Accessories, batteries, and apparel are excluded, but will ship for free if made with the purchase of an electric bike. For items in stock, shipping will be from 3 - 15 business days. Shipping may take up to 4-12 weeks if item is on pre-order.

Returns Policy:

Just in case you need to, this is our return policy:

If you want to return the product, you have 7 days to try it out. If you do not like it after 7 days, you can return it to Big Cat ® Electric Bikes in the same boxes and packing material it came with along with all the paperwork. We charge a 25% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
You can contact us and we will arrange for FedEx Ground to pick it up.

Once we receive the product back, we will inspect the product for any damage. If there is no damage, we will refund your credit card (minus the 25%) and the shipping cost.

Out-of-State Taxes:

Big Cat ® Electric Bikes will not charge or collect sales tax except for transactions within the State of New York. If the State where the transaction was billed and delivered to requests that the sales tax needs to be paid, the customer will be responsible for the tax and penalties (if apply) of that transaction. All requests of sales tax to be paid must be presented in writing by the said State.

All warranties will be filled by the manufacturer's guidelines.
